The lounge of Japanese airline JAL at Frankfurt Airport was renovated and designed to look like the JAL Lounge at Tokyo Airport. The first-class lounge is twice as large as before, offering 153 passengers Japanese design and comfort spanning 600 m².

TOTO installed NEOREST SE WASHLETS in the bathrooms to ensure that the guests have a relaxing, comfortable stay. The lounge is just a two minutes’ walk from the departure gates.

Shinya Naruse, manager of the JAL Lounge at FFM Airport, is impressed by the benefits of the WASHLET: “The WASHLET is an established part of Japanese culture, which is enough of a reason to have it in our lounge. Japanese passengers can enjoy the level of comfort they are used to, and European guests can get excited about experiencing Japanese bathing culture.”
