ZBI built a building with 21 freehold flats in Berlin’s Pankow neighbourhood. A great deal of value was placed on quality, an elegant impression and beautiful design in this development. Pankow offers a great deal of variety and entertainment options for people of all ages – with parks and waterways for outdoor leisure activities, as well as great shopping opportunities just 15 minutes from the city centre.

All flats have a generous, spacious layout, with roomy terraces, floor heating, a great deal of light, floor-to-ceiling windows and exclusive fixtures. The developers chose TOTO toilets for the bathrooms. The toilets made by the Japanese company all have an extremely efficient flush, rimless design and very smooth, durable ceramic glaze.
