Japan House Business Center
Japan House developed by Japanese investors is the first A-class office project in modern Russia which has initially welcomed its tenants in 1995. The business center is located within the Third Ring at Savvinskaya embankment, near to Kievskaya subway station. The total area of "Japan House" BC – 14,000 square meters. The building has 9 above-ground & 2 underground floors.
In 2012, Japan House became the first building in Russian Federation certified under conditions of BREEAM-In-Use international standard. The building was rated “Good” by Asset category (Technical Equipment) & Building Management (Engineering/Maintenance). The certification confirmed the highest level of the management company – Savvinskaya-Seiyo, CJSC.
Also, in 2012 Japan House became a laureate of Russian national Green Awards prize, nominated in the “Business-center” category.
